Can I return my product?

You can only return your product if the following is true:

•    The product was purchased within 2 weeks, and is still in Original Package,

•    The product must be new, unworn, and unaltered

•    Upon inspection, the product is determined defective or shipped wrong items by GBB

If either of the above conditions is met, the product can be returned using these steps:

1 ship the products through local Postal office

2. Once received, we will check the condition of the hair, if it is our fault, free shipping will be given to your next order.

Important Notes:

•     GBB Hair does not cover the shipping cost, except when we are entirely responsible for any errors with your order, including defective or wrong item(s) shipped.

•    Refunds from returns can only be issued to your original payment method, or you can keep the credit on your account for your next order.
