Can I return my product?

For hygienic purposes, you may only return your product if all the following is true:

•    The product was purchased within 2 weeks, and is still in Original Package.

•    The product must be new, unworn, and unaltered.

•    Upon inspection, the product is determined defective or shipped wrong items by GBB.

•    All Halo & Clip-Ins are final sale and cannot be returned.

If all of the above conditions are met, please send the product back to us (we will reimburse your shipping fees on your next order) to:
